DMCA Policy

Ferrand-Prévot Cyclisme respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Ferrand-Prévot Cyclisme website or online services (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy outlines the procedure for filing copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications concerning material found on Ferrand-Prévot Cyclisme.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Ferrand-Prévot Cyclisme Site, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent (details available on our contact page) with the following information:

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ferrand-Prévot Cyclisme may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
